Just double checking - minimal fat for dinner? Or does it matter? (steamed vegetables and baked potatoes are always better with butter, but I don't need it to live) I know some fat will come with the protein, but I wanted to know if ideally less is better for this meal.

Hi Neil,
Great question. Less fat is definitely ideal for this meal. However if you are having a piece of lean meat, a little butter on your veggies won't hurt. Just make sure to keep it to a minimum
