Mobility: sPL/PE7 iM => sPL/SE1 iM ... progressions?

Wowzers, sPL/SE1 iM is like orders of magnitude harder than sPL/PE7 iM. Any suggestions for progressions to help with sPL/SE1 iM? Thanks!

Look around a bit in this forum, many have struggled with this before you (including myself). In addition to specifics of the exercise execution and specific progressions (see those threads), make sure your PPPs are on point...

Hey George you can begin on a couple of paralletes on the bent arm tuck planche. then you can advance on following variations little by little.

Awesome, thank you! I was able to pull off the bent arm tuck planche. It gives me a good idea of how to ultimately get to sPL/SE1.
