So how much stretching should we do or
not do on days off from the series?
Just light mobility work or is some
deeper stretching ok as well?
Thanks - Dan

Dan the amount of stretching needed will vary from person to person. Someone who is naturally flexible won’t need to stretch nearly as much as someone who is as rigid as a steel pole.
Generally, it’s good practice to spend at least 10-15 minutes each day (preferably more) limbering the body. You can incorporate stretches from any of the courses that you may be struggling on.
For example) if you are shoulders are tight when reaching overhead, then editing elevated cat stretch daily will help correct it.

Awesome, thanks!
Dan, consistency in mobility/limbering/flexibility will yield results and trump all else.
I have started to do all 3 of the stretch course once a week now. It often can leave me a little sore the next day and progress is still on slow side. What kind of impact does the daily limbering have on your over all flexibility? What is it's purpose?

The purpose of the daily limber is not necessarily to promote lasting changes in flexibility. Rather it’s intended to keep your body supple throughout the day. Think of it as maintaining the elastic nature your muscles and joints.
