Hi once again,

how does this look?

thx

Pauline Taube

Hi Petra,

This is looking good. Make sure to keep your hips square and tilt your pelvis forward. You should also squeeze your glute on the elevated leg :)

Thanks @Pauline Taube.

Hi @Petra Kmecová,

Going off what Pauline said about 'squeezing the glutes on the elevated leg and pushing the pelvis forward' another way to ensure you are doing this is..... push your foot into the wall on the leg that in elevated. By pushing your foot into the wall it will drive your hip forward. :)

Hey Petra, a front view could help me to understand completely your form.

Petra Kmecová

Thanks a lot Coaches ... I’ll film myself from the front and post it later today :-)

Petra Kmecová

Hello, I finally managed to film myself today. @Alessandro Mainente What do you think about these?

thanks a lot

Hey Petra, this is ok.

little explanation for you guys: the rectus femoris runs along a specific "line" from the bottom of the upper leg up to the hip. when you stretch it and you hold the upper leg completely VERTICAL compared to the floor then you are making his journey longer. on the other side if you tilt the hips to the side you can notice how you lose tension (try it). so for me checking the upper leg position  (which in the beginning should be perfectly vertical with no tilt of the hips) it is necessary to get all eh benefits.

Thanks Alessandro, great to know thise details!
