Now I have bought all the stretch programs. In the purchase, it was apparent with humility and insight into how immobile  my body are. But I have to buy a stallbars too !? many of the exercises are against a stallbars! are there tips on how to do it without?

Hi Joakim,

Welcome to the Stretch squad!

There are many alternatives you may use Instead of stall bars in the TB series.

TB/SE10-11: Band Work

You can attach bands:

-To decks railing.

-Around a post or tree.

-Under a dryer/washer/pool table leg.

-Around a vehicle’s tire.

TBS/SE12: Elevated Cat

-Table, deck railing, stool, stairs, ballet bar.

TBS/SE15: Inverted Cat

To replace exercise ball: Edge of a couch or bed

To replace stahl bars: Parter spot, deck railing, weight hands (5-10lbs)

TBS/SE17, 19, 21: Elevated Bridge Variations

-Table, chair, deck railing, stairs, couch, countertop, mantle, etc.

TBS/SE23: Bridge Wall Walks

-Wall, tree, post, or fence.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Feel free to share your progress with us too, looking forward to see your flexibility gains :D

Ah, ribstool goes stall bars ;) but you understod it anyway! Tanx!

Will the length of the stretch program allways be around 40 min!?

Luke Searra

Hello Joakim, the length of the follow along video will always be around 40-45min total, but you can always pause the video and spend extra time on some particularly tight areas that are unique to you, while you stretch.
