GST Gang... this is my first official Deload Week with the new programming. A couple of questions. In the exercises where you log reps and sets, when you log successful completion of the deload week requirements, it flashes a message saying you will be bumped up to the next level. Does it?

Second, when you are doing the stretch series during deload week, should you cut back the intensity on the strength elements like the MSS/SE1 and TBS/SE19.

Thanks!

Question 1: Like usual, the message that shows up depends on how the set is logged.

Question 2: Generally speaking the "Deload week" reduces the required work load by half. How deep you go into your stretches and the amount of effort used during a set, stays the same.

Question 1: The sets/reps will adjust based on your last non-deload week's input.

Question 2: If you feel exceptionally fatigued then feel free to cut those in half. Eventually, you'll want to be able to continue performing the stretch courses as prescribed.
