I've played around between palms flat to the floor, fingers interlaced and against my head, and fists blocked during the forearm headstand in Handstand 1. The video appears to demonstrate the second. Does it matter which I choose?

Hei Sara, ideally the assistance should be given only by the forearm. so yes it is relevant the type of configuration.
