The 5 day weekly workout schedule (from the introduction section) has FL/sPL/HBP/RC on mon/wed/fri, and SL/SLS/MN on tues/thurs. What is the reason for doing those 4 three times per week and the other 3 only 2 times per week? Does it have something to do with recovery and some muscles recovery faster? Or is it something to do with building endurance vs technique? Or is it more of a time issue (as in, doing a Saturday session of the group of three would be good if time permits). Or is it something else?

Weekly Schedule

HI Valerie, the reason it is that the beginning work on planche and front lever hits the core a lot as SL and MN, for this reason, you are doing another session of "core" in the week and the result it is that it is balanced.
Just to make sure I understand. Do you mean that with the five day schedule, every day includes core, so adding another session of core (example: a 6th day of SL, MN, SLS) would be too much core?
Thanks for answering. I focus more and get more out of the workouts when I know the purpose.
Has that schedule not been superceded but the new programming ?

Exactly.

The new way of splitting up the elements (Upper, Lower, and Core) is what we currently suggest. The same idea would apply to that setup, though, as the Upper Body workout is still hard on the core.
