I'm currently working on sPL-PE4 Single Arm Planks, for which the iM is the Straddle Donkey Kick. The technique video seems to have a different technique than the exercise video in the course library and the follow along videos. On both the course library and follow along videos, the knee of the working leg is dropped towards the floor, and the foot is kept at about the same height as the hips, closing both the hip and knee angles. In the technique video, there is very little movement at the hip of the working leg, it's mostly bending at the knee bringing the foot higher than the hips. The course library/follow along video method looks much more like a donkey kick, but the technique video method seems like it would be more challenging. Which is correct?

HI Josh the form showed in the main course page (the gymnast on the horse) it is the correct one. every rep moves back one leg with the shinbone on the support.
