How compatible is the Thrive nutrition program with travel? I am on the road often and want to know if Thrive is compatiable with this (thankfully temporary lifestyle).

I've found it very compatible. Breakfast and approximate meal times are the biggest challenges if you are going back country and not passing a supermarket for a long stretch or day but it's not prohibitive by any means.
If you can be a little more specific with the general area you are travelling perhaps someone can share firsthand experience
