I was working on the pressure rock and roll today, and I noticed that my elbows tend to wing out. I also did thoracic bridge today, and when I tried the elevated bridge push-ups, same thing--winging elbows. Now I realize my posture is in general slightly winged elbows. This will probably really limit my ability to push up in further progressions of the backward rolls.

Am I right in thinking it shows imbalance between tightness in pec muscles, and weakness in mid back muscles? What can I do about it?

Hi Valerie,

Sorry for the late reply. Your elbows look fine in these videos. Your elbows can stick outside of your shoulders a little bit for these; that is completely normal.
