Hi Jonas:
-the PE it is ok
-the IM needs refinement as follows:
1) when you lift the weight in the front you do not have to twist the head to the side, stay neutral and twist the spine
2)when you reach the back you need to lower down the body exactly behind you, this means that when the hand behind you reaches the shoulder height than the hand it is no longer visible because it is behind the body. on the contrary, you can clearly see in your video that your hand it is located to the side when you work with the body.
@Alessandro Mainentethank you for feedback. This is My second atempt on these. Any better?
Huge improvement Jonas, as per Alessandro's suggestions. Remember that with all of these kinds of integrated mobility movements there is a common theme that runs through all of them. In the case of this movement, pushing the weight to the ceiling and extending your shoulder as much as possible to open up the shoulder capsule, while rotating it as much as possible on the way down (which you are doing). This will reverse when you reverse directions, but all of the commen concepts carry over and remain the same. Great improvement so far.
