Hi! Here is my final set of FL PE 2. Upon first look, it seems like my knees are tucked too close to me. What do you think?
Also the iM which looks like my arms are too far back?

Thanks for the submission, Zachary. Your rocks are looking nice and smooth and your shoulder extension is coming along great! Here are my tips:
For your Tuck Hollow Body Rocks:
-Move your knees out so your thighs are at about a 45-degree angle.
-Lower your arms so that your hands are just off the floor.
-Lower your back slightly, to the point where your shoulder blades are just off the floor.
For your Table:
-You want your wrists to be underneath your shoulders during the hold.
-Keep working to open your chest and press your hips higher. The goal is hips to shoulder height.
Keep at it!
Hi @Everett Carroll thank you!
Is this iM any better?
Hi Zachary,
Very nice adjustment. Good job pressing your hips up to shoulder height. Try to roll your shoulders a bit more open on the top and squeeze your shoulder blades together
Keep up the good work!
Hi! @Everett Carroll @Pauline Taube
How does this look for the rocks. Sometimes my back will begin to ache in the later sets. Anything I am doing wrong?
Hi Zachary,
Thanks for your update. You are doing a pretty good job here. Try to keep the rocks smaller and smoother, this will make it easier to maintain the hollow. I'd also like to see your feet being closer to the ground
@Pauline Taube how does this look? I tried to make them a bit smaller. Am I rocking far enough back?
Nice job here, Zachary.
Yeah, nice improvements Zachary
