My attempts at straddle ups. This was the fourth set so the form is perhaps a bit worse here than in my first, but I still find them really hard. Any suggestions on how to improve them? I've been trying to hold the last rep in the top position in order to strengthen my hip flexors as much as possible.

Great job so far Ludvik! My suggestions are to work on keeping your legs 190 degrees straight (meaning hyperextend them and overemphasize the straightness while doing the same thing by overemphasizing your toe point. With practice and consistent effort, these will improve VASTLY. Just keep on training hard the consistent and methodical GB way. If you need any future suggestion please do not hesitate to post.

Hey Ludvik, also remember to keep your arms straight and move a little bit on the left so that at the beginning of every rep you can touch the floor with the hands behind you.

Thanks to both. I'll implement your suggestions and enjoy the journey!
