Hey Benjamin,

Just a few corrections to make for your PE

-Lean back through the torso to about 45 degrees. This will help better engage your obliques.

-Keep your arms in line with the center of your chest. Imagine rotating through your trunk without allowing your shoulders to do the work.

On your Im

-Feet together :)

-Shoulders should stay stationary as your hips rotate smoothly.

Feel free to post your corrections here.

Thanks Mikey! I'll post an update next time I train this.

Hey @Mikey Cunanan, how do these look?

Luke Searra

Hello Benjamin,

As per Mikey's corrections great job and vast improvements on your russian twists, as well as your hip circles.

Now just keep following the courses and training consistently and you'll get that side lever in no time.

Thanks for chiming in @Luke Searra

@Benjamin Nutt great job on these corrections! You are well on your way! Keep it up!

Benjamin Nutt

Today's training, keeping all corrections in mind. Hope this looks good!

Great job @Benjamin Nutt

Once you achieve mastery standard ( if you haven't already) you will be good to progress to PE2.

Woohoo! Yes, the video was from my final set of 5*30 this morning. Thanks Mikey!
