I can't make out exactly what they want you to do on all the exercises, but it's interesting for historical reference at any rate.

(Really) Old-school ring training

It's from 1866!
It certainly won't replace my copy of BTGB anytime soon, but I thought it was interesting that rings were around back then and to see what people did with them.
