How do you count Russian twists? Each time you hit the ground? Or is one on both sides equal to one rep(2-ct as I call them)? I am use to 2-ct Russian twists.
Want to make sure my rep count is correct.

Hey Amanda, yes. the total amount of the mastery it is 30 reps total, 15 on the left and 15 on the right.
