Hollow Body Hold

I'll add a demonstration of me doing the bent hollow body hold, too. I know I'm waving my arms aroung a bit, but I was just trying to check out my form in the mirror. I can hold this effortlessly for a minute.
Hey Christian the correct position on the first video for the upper body it is showed at 8 seconds, while the feet must be move lower approximately at shoulders height.
