Anybody find the tuck planche a bit hard. I can manage 30 seconds for one set. Aside from that i am up to date in foundation 3 but the tuck planche from f2 is something i cant get passed. Thanks in advance

Hey Juan it requires a lot of time to master it. it depends also on how much poricient you are on the IM . the more the position it is effortless the more energy you save for the following set.
