I am on step 9 of pseudo planche pushup and wanted to know if it is performed well enough on the pushup and xiaopeng to continue to the next progression. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

For the pseudo planche pushups: Do your best to hold your pelvis with a "posterior tilt" [aka: PPT (Posterior Pelvic Tilt)] through the entire set.

HI Devon, some corrections are needed:

-first, relax the instep so that you support the weight on feet with no effort. this is also a good idea to understand if you are trying to reduce the tendency to falling forward with your feet instead of the shoulders

-do not pike the hips. if correctly performed the correct order of the body-part that reach the floor it is a first knee, second hips, third sternum and then shoulder.

-complete the range of motion. chest must touch the floor.

-lean more until the elbow it is past the wrist and the forearm is NOT vertical. but in your case, I think that it is enough to complete the range of motion in order to reach this goal.
