After being on the body weight program i have lost tons of weight but dont know if i have gained in strength because maybe the only reason i improved is because i lost so much fat it's really confusing to me i think i may go back to the gym just to see if my weights since i left which was in december have went up think it's a good idea?

Don't they teach punctuation in schools anymore?

Whether or not your weights went up or down is going to depend on what you were doing. If you we're squatting, for example, but haven't since December, then that has probably gone down (I don't think pistols will do much to maintain your squats unless you didn't squat very much to begin with).

haha sorry i am really bad for punctuation online. I do alot of parkour which normally trains the legs enough, but upper body i train and hope to progress not just to maintain. I was just wondering if my strength has increased or if it was due to the the fat loss that my body weight excercises have got better.

It's going to be a combination of both.

Did you use any methods to track your body fat loss besides the scale (calipers, circumference, ect.)?
