I'm not really close to finishing F4 but just curious on what would be an ideal workout program for after accomplishing all or most of F4. Would it be to add reps to the final progressions on each movement or would anyone recommend some other type of rep scheme?

Hi Darren,

Once you master F4, you are clear to begin Rings One training. I always suggest putting in plenty of form checks for your Foundation progressions to be sure your mobility and execution is solid. After that, we can get you onto some more difficult training! B-)

If you look around the forum, you should be able to find something that Coach has written in "answer" to your question. The elements of Foundation (final ones mostly) simply became the warmup for the other work that the athletes now did. In other words, the Foundation elements are not trained further, but maintained, and other, more advanced work (such as rings for the upper body, plyo work for lower body) is added.
