And the mobility. Failing at this every week but think there is some progress. It's certainly getting easier.

Great. Thanks Alessandro. I'll keep working on getting the mobility a bit further and slower. How much further round should I aim to get my leg? It's currently about about 105/110deg from start position.
Your ROM looks good to me, Christopher. If you have a little more, by all means, keep working it. It is enough to advance, however.
