Hello GB, what is the first impression on these?

Hi Nuno,
Nice work on this progression. On your forearm headstand you are doing a nice job of keeping your ribs pulled in, but you have a small pike in the hips. Engage your gluts to help hit PPT.
On your iM there is no need to lean so far forward. Focus more on opening the shoulders similar to the iM for PE1. As I do this exercise, I like to think about leaving the bar stationary in the air while moving the shoulders between 150-180 degrees of flexion. You can also see in your front and back view that your left arm sticks further out to the side than your right. Work on bringing the left arm in towards your ear.
Hello!
Is this better?
Hey Nuno,
Great adjustment on your PE! On your iM still bring your hands in a bit closer. Can you also post a side view of the iM?
Hey @Jeffrey Bittner here it is the iM
Thanks!
Hi Nuno,
Nice adjustment. Try not to move your torso so much as you do this exercise. Try getting in PE1>iM position then simply doing pulses, or reps, opening the shoulders then closing them slightly then opening and so on. You are allowed to move the torso slightly, but there should only be about a 20-30 degree change in angle.
