The PE is looking pretty solid. Try to keep your shoulders completely relaxed while hanging. When turning to your left it looks like your feet are pretty far from the wall bar. Your feet should nearly touch the bar on each rep.
In the iM you can bend your leg, just make sure that your hip is pressed firmly into the ground
