Hi, I'm comfortable with all of the wrist exercises except this one, the wrist walk.  At the bottom of the movement, when the back of my hand is against the wall (ie. wrist at 90 degrees from hand), there is discomfort in the crease of the wrist at the base of the thumb.  I'll take it easier on this exercise for now but just wondered if anyone else had this and what could be the cause?  Could it be tightness somewhere else that's restricting movement in that specific location and, if so, how would I stretch that out?  Thanks in advance.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please submit a form check of these? You should not feel any pain doing these. You should always perform the wrist stretches in the beginning of your workout.

Hi Pauline, please see the video.

BTW, what's the easiest way of converting the .mov files taken by my iPhone into gif or jpg for uploading please?

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your submisson.

For WP PE1 alternate between the hands and make sure that your elbows are locked.

You can upload your videos on YouTube, Dropbox or a similar service and provide the link. When doing this please make sure to set the privacy settings from 'private' to 'unlisted'.

thanks Pauline.
