Good day, can somebody correct the exercise here in this video? what makes me concern is that during leg raise my lower back is off the bar. Would like to know which is the proper way.Thanks.

Solid work here, great work keeping your legs straight! Make sure to lift your hips up first so that your low back is in touch with the stall bar before you lift your legs up.

Hi DAvid, the current execution it is wrong, the goal it is the lower back and upper back extension. for this reason, the butt must be held in contact with the stall bar as much as possible (generally depending on your flexibility at least 90-100° on hips flexion), then it can come off from the stallbar a bit.
