Hi Brian,
Not bad. You are doing a nice job of getting the chest and thighs close together at the top of each rep. Work on slowing down your reps. Try to make each rep a slow and controlled movement. As you do so, work on straightening your spine and keeping your feet low to the ground.
Thanks yet again. Yes this one in particular is more complicated with a lot of moving pieces. Those are helpful pointers.
@Jeffrey Bittner Updating from my workout today; thanks for any pointers again. Tried to keep back straighter and feet low to ground.
Hi @Brian Sparks,
Good job on improving your alignment. Just want to add that you need to look forward when you're up on the sitting position and not up. Remember that your spine will follow your head. If you look forward, I think you can sit up straighter.
Awesome, that's very helpful advice. This particular move has a lot of positioning cues so that's great.
Hopefully this cleans it up a bit!
Hi @Brian Sparks,
Awesome improvement. Keep it up ![]()
Thanks Leo! The head positioning tip was key, much appreciated.
@Leo Trinidad Another one you helped me with, just another spot check-in a few months later. These have felt progressively better with time for sure. Thanks for any comments.
Nice work, Bryan. It looks solid!
