Dear coaches,
please review my form in this beautiful and demanding exercise
Hi Borja,
Thanks for the submission. Here are my suggestions:
1. Keep your elbows totally straight.
2. Hang low, keeping your shoulders next to your ears.
3. Keep your legs straight, with locked knees and quads engaged. Also, point your toes and keep your feet together.
4. Slow down. Cut your tempo by about 50%.
5. Attempt to bring your feet all the way to the wall each time.
This is a tough one! Stick with it.
I would add one detail, increase the hand's distance in order to avoid excessive work on the lats.

Grazie,
could you be a bit more specific?
Hi Borja,
Alex is suggesting you widen your grip to shoulder width or slightly wider. This will allow you to focus more on core strength.
thanks Everett, the wide grip exactly as the wide grip pull-up increase the leverage on lats making the pulling harder.
during the stall bar work if you lift too much the hips it is because you are using too much the lats, for this reason by increasing the grip you can reduce the amount of strength you can generate with the lats.
