Started on these today, trying to dial in the form. Here's two sets with different degrees of lean. Which one looks better?
Hi Petri,
Your lean looks better in your second video, however, you are losing a bit of protraction and PPT. Hitting a solid position before starting your lean will make this exercise easier. You are bending the knees a bit on your bounces. Try not to think of your planche bounces as a jump, but rather an elevated planche lean where you use the tips of your toes to push off the box. The stronger your protraction and PPT is, the easier it will be to bounce the feet.

You're headed in the right direction, Petri. Still work on hitting stronger protraction.
Can you post another video of your iM from the side? it is difficult to see your hips in the mirror.
