Side to Side squats SLS/PE7

Hi all

Please can i get a form check for the PE and iM. Two vids for the iM.

Hi Greg,

Nice work on this one so far. On your PE you are doing a nice job of trying to keep the hips low during the transition. I recommend spreading your feet apart slightly so that your knee stays on top of the foot just like your previous PE.

You are also off to a good start on your iM. Keep working on getting your butt lower to the ground.

Will focus on stacking the knees as before. I think after the 2nd pe rep i bring the feet closer together, i think not standing back up makes it feel more arkward and Ive adjusted instead of sticking it out. 

Solid advice and attention to detail as always. I appreciate you challenging me to get my glutes closer to floor on the last progression. I think its made the  the transition to this PE easier and its helped with the MS series.

Hi @Greg White,

Yes it is okay. Looking good. Keep up the good work. Still use it even if you move to the next exercise. Eventually you will be able to do full inside squat all the way to the ground.
