Just a week into foundations. Do fundamentals daily but Foundations doesn't seem like enough of a workout. Should I be doing other workouts as well? Only 2 strength exercises per day does not seem like enough.

Hi Gary,
Thanks for reaching out.
I'd reccomend to finish the Fundamentals course first and if you have any mobility limitations add the Stretch series first. Try doing all the workouts once a week to begin with for a few weeks before adding another day. You may also consider the Handstand course, which is also a part of Coach Sommer's recommended schedule.

It will get tougher, if you hit the top easy button you will get into some good workouts really fast.
Hi Gary,
The best measure of whether you are doing enough is if you are progressing. Coach Sommer has used his 40+ years of experience to find the sweet spot between stimulation and recovery. Trainees, especially at the beginning level, do not require too much volume or frequency to make progress. As Alessandro mentioned in another topic if progress has stalled and you are adequately recovering between workouts you can look at increasing frequency. However following Coach's recommended schedule will generally produce the best results for most trainees.
