Hello guys! Could someone check my form on these, thanks.
Is the goal in the PE to go to maximum flexion or just enough to get straight line from hands to glutes.

Hi Elias,
It looks like you are off to a good start. On your PE you are doing a nice job of protracting the scapula in the plank position. As you move to the press position there is no need to to open the shoulders past 180 degrees. Instead, try to focus on pushing tall through the shoulders just like you would in a handstand.
On your iM your goal is to get the legs parallel with the floor. When you feel comfortable with your flexibility, move your hands and feet so that there are fewer rungs between them.
You're doing awesome, keep it up!
Ok, that makes sense. Thank you for quick response!
Hello,
How does this look like? Thank you.
Hey Elias, move your heels exactly where are placed your toes. in this point the hips will be at shoulders height.
Got it, thank you Alessandro!
How am I doing with these? Thank you!
It appears that the painted version of the stall bars were not the best option because they are pretty slippery. I need to figure something out to be able to decrease the distance of feet/hands on the im.
Hey Elias not bad, the PE is ok, you should be able to reach past the hands level from the first rep. I can tell you that if you reach the level where the legs are horizontal you will have a better result.
Thanks @Alessandro Mainente
I will decrease the distance with one rung then and send a new video once it feels good.
@Alessandro Mainente, how is this looking now? Its one rung narrower than the previous video. Thanks!
Definitely, you have reached the depth to pass over. now in order to have the maximum benefits for future work you can work up to the horizontal position of the legs.
Thank you @Alessandro Mainente, would you recommend to stay on this one longer or move to pe2?
You will have better strength gains and you will proceed faster.
Allrighty then, I will report back after some time. Thanks for the help!
