After some previous feedback, I'm trying harder to keep my lower back on the mat (trying to stay more "hollow") in the extended position. It's tough with the pace of the follow-along, though. It feels rushed and hard to control.

Nice job on your tuck-ups! They look excellent.
For the windmills, swap your foot orientation. If the weight is in your right hand, then you want your right foot to be facing directly forward and your left foot to be turned out to the side 90-degrees. Also be sure to keep your knees locked during these. Engaging your quads will help you do that.
