Hey coaches,
another Q on schedule.
Is there a significant difference in splitting upper and core on diff days or doing those in the same day? Apart than doing in same day is more time efficient.
thanks!

Hi Feli,
It just impacts your recovery differently, since doing both on the same day means you're either doubling the length of one workout or doing two sessions in a day. You can do it, but just be sure you are making progress from workout to workout. If you begin to plateau or, even worse, regress, then it is too much volume for you in a single day.
Generally speaking, you make more gains by spreading your training out more evenly throughout the week. Trying to cram everything into a few larger sessions doesn't work quite as well for most people. That is surely one of the reasons Coach's recommended schedule is spread out into smaller chunks.
Thanks for the answer Everett. Will keep doing separately then!
