Quick question for the whole TB series : Do we have to keep PPT for every exercises?

Good question. Some exercises, such as 120s rocking table, should be done in PPT, however, many of the stretches should be done in a neutral pelvic position. If you have a question about a specific stretch we would be happy to answer.

Well, what about:
-Bridges
-Cat/Inverted cat stretch
-Supine shoulder extension (APT? or not)

Engage your glutes during your bridges. You want PPT in those. For the cat, you are fixed in ATP. In the supine shoulder extension stretch and walk, avoid arching your lower back. Focus on touching down one vertebra at a time.
In cat, does it have to be in APT? Because I feel more stretch while being neutral and pushing the chest down.

You can keep your pelvis in a neutral position for the cat stretch, the focus should be to arch through your Thoracic by pushing the chest down
