Additional Wrist Progression in Handstand 2?

Are there additional wrist exercise progressions in Handstand 2, or just additional handstand progressions?  Just wondering because I am about at mastery for all of them in Handstand 1, but am nowhere near mastery for the handstand progressions and didn't want to buy Handstand 2 yet if there were no additional wrist progressions.

Are we supposed to just continue at 5 x 5 in the wrist exercises if there are no additional progressions?

Hi Nicholas,

Thanks for reaching out. Once you master 5x5 of the final wrist progressions, keep them on maintenance by performing 1x10 reps of each for warm up.

H2 focus on the development of the lower body mobility needed to perform press handstand. There are novel pike and pancake mobility exercises alongside the strength/skill progressions.

You can begin training the preparatory H2 progressions immediately. There are no prerequisites for the H2 PEs. In fact, they are a great way to complement your H1 training and the two courses smoothly combine within your handstand workout.

The wrist progressions do not continue in HS2; simply focus on performing them slow and controlled once you are able to perform the top H1 versions :)
