Hi! Have been working on SLS PE4. Does it look okay?

iM

Hi Zachary,

It looks pretty good. On your PE, try to get the hips a bit higher as you roll back. Your goal should be to roll on the upper back during this exercise. You are doing a good job of transitioning from the roll to the squat without hesitation. Make sure that you stand up completely (knees and hips straight) on each rep.

On you iM, keep working on maintaining the elevation of the foot as you move the leg forward. Also make sure that your knees are locked on this exercise as well.

Nice work so far!

Thanks @Jeffrey Bittner How is this?

Hi Zachary,

Nice improvement. Your PE look much better. You have also made quite a bit of improvement on your iM, however, you are still dropping the foot as you swing the leg forward. Keep working on maintaining the elevation of your foot during this movement. Altogether, nice job!

A good cue is noticing how your left elbow wants to bend. Your body wants to twist and open the hips to keep the leg up. If you keep your arms straight and the body stable, and then keep the leg up like it is sliding on a table smoothly, then you know you have arrived :)

Thanks! @Suzanna McGee @Jeffrey Bittner

how is this?

Hi @Zachary Ladwig,

Please avoid bending of the knee and excessive arching of the lower back. Focus on lengthening and locking the knee while fully contracting and using your glute. Keep working on it. :)

Great suggestions from Leo. I would add that you still need to work on the elevation of the leg. It's looking better with each submission. Keep at it!
