Why back lever is not included in foundation course?

If front lever is included, why not back lever? Just curious:D

The back lever does not stress the bicep while back lever actually does it. without proper shoulder extension and elbow preparation, the back lever will result in a catastrofic elbow injury. as a chance 2 days ago one of my friends told me that during a workout he played with back lever because it is easy to be achieved, he tore completely the bicep tendon.

I thought back lever is a easy movement, luckily I have never try it. It seems that the street workout community seriously underestimate the danger of it:(

IN fact Adam raw tore his bicep, Littlebeast tore partially one of his biceps, many athletes forgot to consider the nature of a straight arm exercise and its intensity on the joint. One of the best and most important thing from Coach Sommer it is that that the back lever it is not nor for a beginner. do not judge an exercise from the amount of time it needs to be mastered.
