I know the technique videos are in the follow along video. Is there a separate link somewhere? I've seen references to it, but for the life of me, I can't find them.

Can't find technique videos?

There is a clear breakdown of the progressions for the stretch courses. You can go to your Fitness Tab -> Course Library -> Stretch -> (example: Stretch Series - Thoracic Bridge) -> Thoracic Bridge. I hope this helps.
In particular, it appears there is a "Thoracic Bridge" class and a "Stretch Series - Thoracic Bridge" The second has all of the videos.
Glad you found the videos, Hadden. Please let us know if you have any more questions. We are always here to help!
