Seizas/heels

For the first two seizas I'm able to keep my heels together with a strap.  For the third, the only one where the toes aren't pointed, my ankle bones get in the way of letting my heels touch.  In order to get my heels touching I have to move my knees apart.  Do the heels actually have to be touching or if ankle bones are touching is that close enough?  I noticed in Wesley Tan's video, the lady's heels weren't touching but her ankles were together.

Thanks

Hey Jessica,

Great question! I'm with you on this one. If your ankle bones are touching you're doing just fine. Keep your knees and ankle bones together during the stretch.
