Hi all! Would love some constructive critique on this portion of my current F1 training. Merci Beaucoup!

Hi Ezra,

You're doing a nice job. On your PE your retraction looks great, but it looks like you can get a bit more protraction on each rep. As you do your scapular shrugs, avoid ducking your chin to your chest. Hold the head neutral.

You are also doing a good job on your iM. You are picking up a small amount of rotation in the pelvis as you drop your legs to the side. As you drop the legs, keep your gluts pressed into the ground. Doing so will help you to keep the pelvis stable which will allow for a better stretch in the hips. Awesome job so far!

Thank you @Jeffrey Bittner I'll take what you say into account and record the next session for critique as well. The protraction is something I've had trouble with in the past. If you notice, my scapulae protract however, not very far. What you see here is practically my full ROM. Watching others who have a very rounded/protracted scapulae makes me wonder where I am tight and/or inflexible. Do you have any suggestions? The default of course is to just keep practicing!

Hey Ezra maybe you have tight rombhoid and middle traps, you can use the cat cow stretch  holding the position os the rounded back for time.
