Hi everyone, i'd like to develope flexibility and mobility to improve strenght and avoid injuries.
I'd like to save some money to buy front split, thoracic bridge and middle split package.
I'm a beginner and i have started F1 since 1 month. I workout 4 times per week, and i haven't a great recovery skill enought.
Could stretch workouts be done after weekly F1 workouts? I've read that every stretch course is about 45minutes work.
I've also read that there is no progression... but i don't understand how does it work this program(maybe because english is not my first tongue, i'm italian). If i am a beginner or an advanced, i will do the same stretching exercises but with different intensity and timing?
i thank everyone who would like to share and replay his experience or knowledge.
Alessandro

Hi @Alessandro Cipriani,
The Stretch Courses are definitely beginner friendly and will help you progress faster in terms of strength, flexibility, mobility and it also helps with recovery. Additional stretches can be done after doing your F1 workout coming from these courses. The Stretch Courses have progressions that you can scale down according to your level. Upon availing the stretch courses, you will be able to incorporate it with your training/workout schedule. Some of the exercises, you can change the intensity depending on your range of motion. Yes, a whole stretch session lasts for 45 mins and is considered a workout.
Hi @Leo Trinidad, i thank you for your replay!
I like that they are beginner friendly and help to progress faster like you explaned!
So, if i have understood, i can do the F1 workout(PE/iM) and after that doing stretching course(once tipe of stretch course per week)!
Sorry, i have a "gap" in my english knowledge and i don't understand very well when you say "The stretch courses have progressions that you can scale down according to your level". Do you mean that i can decide to prepare all the exercises and i can choose to prepare for example the 18th later in my preparation?
Or do you speak about the intensity of the exercises?--> for example...if i feel too much stretch(for ex. too much pain), i have to push less hard but however i have to train all the stretches exercises?
..mood of next month: waiting for next pay check *-* lol
Hi Alessandro , Leo refers to the possibility to reduce the effort and the difficulty of the exercise. simply from your coursre page look at the
top and click on FITNESS then LIBRARY COURSE then select the ONE where you need to scale down the difficulty and select the second icona which appear. from the page now you can see every single exercise with a scaled variation.
