Hi!
When I do inverted cat on the ball, it becomes hard for me to breathe. Is it because I'm too low?
Thanks!

Hy Etienne, it is because as all the adults the breath it is achieved by thoracic expansion rather than diaphragm expansion. for this reason when you are in this position and your ribs cannot move , your diaphragm it is too weak to breath. give it the time to adapt.
