hello to everybody, i am new in this of handstand things but have the hs1 and hs2 and i have a question about that. sorry for my english but i am not very good in that xD. my problem is with a warm up to hs1 and hs2 because i need work in flexibility to pike, straddle and shoulder but sometimes i can do dislocation very close and other times not is the same with pike and straddle. this is a very dumb question but this forum have people with experience and i dont know that answer. help me pliz and sorry again for my english

Thanks for reaching out to us! Great question. For your handstand warmup, start with the wrist stretches. I then recommend performing 1-3 mastery sets of previously mastered progressions. Be sure you work on the iM's as well, as they will really help your shoulders and legs loosen up for the workout.
For the pHS warmup, I prefer to add in some extra pike and straddle stretches (standing and seated) before beginning the deeper stretches from the course. If you have more specific questions about the pHS course, please post them in that sub-forum and we can elaborate.
