Aim of course?

Hi,

I have just started the course and I am a bit uncertain of the goal. When reading it seams that most focus is that this course will show my weaknesses. As such should focus just be on following along and not aim that much for improvements.

Or is the goal that after finishing the course, the first few days should be easy due to big improvements?

Cheers,

Tobas

Hi Tobias,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the GymnasticBodies community!

Great questions. Fundamentals is a gentle introductory course to GST. You will get either a diagnostic or educational lesson each day until the course is completed.

When working through the course it will allow you to discover weaknesses and imbalances. The goal is to build better body awareness and give you useful knowledge before moving on to the other courses such as Foundation One.

At the end of the course all the exercises will build into a daily limbering routine. When doing these exercises on daily basis you will notice that movements you had difficulties wit to begin with will become easier.

There are no established sets and reps for Fundamentals. You are only required to do the follow along for a given day but are welcome to 'play' with some of the other movements you are having trouble with.
