My neck

Hey guys, in school we have old wooden chairs that are very uncomfortable, I have noticed how after a couple of hours sat, if I turn my neck left it then makes a silent crack and hurts a little bit. (The feeling is the one that you have when you turn your head too fast then the neck hurts for days).  What could this be? Btw, I am starting foundation and handstand next week I have already started doing the stretches while doing fundamentals.

HI Edoardo, it is impossible so say something from behind a monitor, if you have pain during the day or on other activities you have to consult a physio therapist.
