I am just seeing this message in my dashboard. Yay! I still have 4 elements in F1… wondering if during the deload even my F1 elements and Handstand(s) will be deloaded? The system will tell me the sets/reps, right?

Hi Suzanna,
Every element will deload and the system will adjust your sets and reps for each element in every course. You don't have to worry about programming it yourself. It is all handled behind the scenes.
