Who is the coach who explains the details of the movements in Foundation 1? He is excellent and I would like to know if he does any other coaching work or if he has a YT channel I can follow...

Hi John,
That's Wesley Tan, the founder of Forma GymnasticBodies, the only GB affiliate in Europe. He is located in the U.K. He is a great coach and I highly reccomend to see him if you have possibility 
they do offer a variety of classes there, and he has a great team of coaches!
