Hi Andrea,
Thank you for posting your videos. It looks like you are off to a good start. Keep working on dipping even deeper. You goal should be to get the bottom of the pecs level with the bar. As you do this, try not to let your head hunch forward. Work on sitting up tall during your dip.
Thank you Jeffrey, what.about.the legs? Is it good to let them go forward?
Hi Andrea,
Your legs will come forward some but minimize it as much as possible. Fight to keep your body vertical.
HI andrea, in order to increase the range of motion you should reduce the grip to shoulder distance and then try to hold the elbows closer to the upper body.
Thank you Alessandro, I'll try as soon as possible ![]()
This.time i've reduced the width of the grip and worked to keep the elbows closed.
Definitely better.
Hi everyone, this is my test mastery. Sorry I've started recording from third set.
Is the form good enough?
I felt it easy.
Hi Andrea,
Nice improvement! You're nearly to mastery. Full ROM for these is descending to the bottom of your chest. It looked like you need a little more depth before moving on, though it's hard to tell with your shirt on. You should also reduce your rest time between each set. As soon as the iM is finished, get right back on the bar. Avoid taking those few extra seconds each time and you'll better train your work capacity.

Hi Everett thank you! I arrive at the level of xiphoid process i'll work to achieve a better depth.
